WE WELCOME ALL FITNESS LEVELS!
Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements set to the hottest music. To preview some of the moves we do in class click here.
No pre-registration is required. We have a quick registration card we require you to complete before working out with us, so please arrive about 10 minutes before class to sign in.
